They're called Carmelitas

These are amazing. There is just no other way to describe them even if I tried...Okay, I'll try: caramel gooyness, creamy chocolate, buttery crust...best when warmed in the microwave for 20 secs! I want another piece. So delicious.
The next time I make these will be when I need to take a dessert somewhere. Everyone will die and beg me for the recipe. I can't have a whole batch of this at home.
