St. Patrick's Day food
How cute would it be to serve green milk and lucky charms for breakfast
via thoughfullysimple.com
And for lunch you can serve an ombre green cake
For dinner, this shamrock pretzel would be great
And to finish of the day, serve a jello pot of gold!!

Putting up Christmas
I think a lot of people put up their Christmas decorations the weekend after Thanksgiving. We usually wait until the first weekend of December, but I'm getting a bit antsy this year. I want to decorate!

What is your family's tradition?
And ever wonder when these family traditions even started?

Happy Thanksgiving
"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast and a house into a home. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."

One day...
...I'll make something like this. I need to start collecting about 200 ornaments first. And I will collect them slowly because I am not willing to pay full price for ornaments.
But I love the idea. Visit here to see the steps.

and so it begins...
christmas time is here! time for joy. time for family. time to decorate.....but just remember: don't go crazy.
you don't need to spend thousands. don't need to bake for every party. don't need to stress.
and for goodness sake, don't over-decorate either. if you do anything like this, you have gone too far:

exudes romance
this valentines day...
wake up to the sun beaming through the windows...warming your face...

prepare breakfast with your sweetheart...a breakfast of crepes with nutella and a hot cup of tea...
after breakfast, go for a stroll through the busy city streets....sneak in a passionate little kiss...
upon returning home, draw a bath and fully relax as you soak for hours.
